Our (WPRS) Water Particulate Removal System maximizes water extraction and achieves an overall water content down to 20 ppm or lower. This unit also removes harmful gasses and particulate contamination, resulting in clean, dry oil.
Typical flow rates range from 1-100 GPM and can be used on a wide range of products, including Gear oils, Hydraulic oils, Lube oils, Phosphate Ester, Paper Machine, and insulating oils.
Our (MFU) Mobile Filtration Units are designed for multiple uses, including fluid transfer, re-circulation of a reservoir in operation, or bulk oil storage conditioning before use. These units can be equipped with water and particulate removal filters for maximum performance, resulting in clean, dry oil! Our typical flow rates range from 2 - 20 GPM and can be used on a wide range of products, including Diesel Fuel, Gear oils, Hydraulic oils, Lube oils, Phosphate Ester, Paper Machine, and insulating oils.
If you need a fifty GPM oil flushing unit or one that pushes three thousand GPM with multi-element housings and heater capabilities, we build them and rent them. If we don't have what you need in stock, we can build a flushing skid to suit your cleanliness code specs, removing particulates down to an ISO 16/ 14/, 11, or even better if required.
Filter Skids
Stock and custom Filter Skids are available. Custom units are engineered per the customer’s specifications. NLOFT filter skids remove harmful particulate contamination and moisture. The result is clean, dry oil.
